Delivery
a) Shipping Methods:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all our deliveries.
Delivery Costs:
All orders incur a flat shipping rate of £3.45
We offer free shipping on orders over £35 to Mainland UK
b) Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
c) Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
d) Non-Delivery Situations:
In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer support for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve any delivery issues.
Returns and Refunds
a) Returns Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
b) Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
c) Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
d) Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as opened skincare products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
e) Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
